Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer Free Ground Shipping & Handling within the U.S. for all orders over $75.00 (before tax and after any discounts).

On orders less than $75.00 within the U.S., shipping rate will be applied at checkout.  Ground Shipping & Handling generally takes 5-7 business days from the time an order is placed to arrival at your door.

If you select 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, we will fulfill any orders placed before 12pm EST the same business day, otherwise, they will be shipped the next day. This excludes weekends and holidays within the United States.

If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with a product, we are happy to buy it back from you at any time within the first 30 days.

Simply follow the directions below to obtain a refund.

Damaged Products

Please inspect your products as soon as you receive them to ensure they’re in good condition. Contact us immediately at support@madlockfarms.com if the item is damaged, defective or if you have received the incorrect item. We will work with you to replace it or make it right.

Exchanges

We are happy to consider exchanging your unopened products. To start the exchange process, please contact us at support@madlockfarms.com with the details of your purchase and we will follow up with additional instructions.

Refund Process

To begin the refund process, please reach out to us at support@madlockfarms.com or via the Contact page on our website. Be sure to include the details on the product that you would like to return and when it was purchased. We will send you more detailed instructions on to return the product to us.

Once we receive the returned item, we will notify you. If approved for a refund, you’ll be refunded via your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can sometimes take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund on their end and actually put the money in your account.

Unfortunately we are unable to refund any shipping fees that may have been applied.
